Total lack of communication on the timeframes the seats ordered would take. Lots of chasing and had to pay when ordered, but didn't receive for 2 months. Then when the seats arrived we discovered we needed seat mountings too - another 10 days. Would have been much more beneficial if there had been a suggestion as there are on other website of what you also may need.
All in all, very disappointed with the lack of service.
