I've been using these guys for years with good service.
This last time I was sent a couple of incorrect parts from those ordered.
No response to emails, had to chase by phone to get correct ones sent out with a return slip. All sorted a week later no problem.
Although a minor thing it would have been nice to have received a "sorry".
