I ordered back in august.
Daughter used her bag no more than 2 weeks for school in September. The letters have come off & zip tags have threaded badly.
Contacted customer services, at first were very efficient.
Told me they would sort out a replacement bag within a week & dispatch details would be sent.
A week passed, no communication that they had no stock of bags until chased!
Emailed again a couple of weeks later, told yes they have restocked. Bag will be sorted by end of the week!
Again 2 weeks later still nothing, emails ignored.
Contact on messenger 4/11/22. Told short delay but will have tracking details sent by 5/11/22. Again no details sent & no emails/messenger ignored!
They delete anything that isn’t positive on socials.
It has been weeks & weeks, nearly 2 months since my daughter was promised a replacement bag for her faulty one.
I have been more than patient & polite!
I honestly believe at this point that no replacement is coming & I’m just being fed a web of lies & wasted my money!
