Still waiting for a refund! Were helpful to start and said I could return an kindle cover, but been waiting ages for the refund. Tried emailing but reply said I had to direct elsewhere, but it’s not clear where!
Has now been resolved quickly since raising on here, so happy now as refund is on its way.
