Recieved this item today for my daughters 4th birthday.. unfortunately it was faulty, so I contacted the company in regards to a replacement and i’m impressed at how quickly i recieved a reply! They arranged to have a replacement sent out to me no problem. I am very happy with my experience and won’t hesitate to place another order. 100% recommend.
