Excellent customer service. The agent had all the answers to my questions. Minut was recommended to me by a fellow airbnb host in my complex. I find Minut to be an excellent tool to monitor activity and noise in my short term rental unit. It shows neighbours effort on our part to respect their peace and quiet and keeps neighbourhood disputes over excessive noise in check. I love that Minut will text the guests on my behalf to remind them to be quiet should they get too loud (this has never proven necessary yet!)
