I've been using Miunt at my Airbnb for a few years now after we experienced a couple of very wild parties. These parties caused thousands of pounds worth of damage and were a massive cause of stress for me and my lovely elderly neighbours. If it wasn't for Miunt I think I would have had to stop letting my property on a short term basis. My Airbnb advert now clearly tells potential bookers we have these devices and in the 2 years since this it seems to have put off anyone trying to book for the purposes of having a party. So far I haven't had any problems! I can't recommend Minut highly enough, they have literally saved my business!
