I ordered these sofa covers to provide protection from pet damage. Within one day, the covers were torn up, as was my leather couch. I've been trying to contact the company for months to get a refund and they don't respond; they just keep sending promotional emails. Super expensive couch utterly ruined, plus out a couple hundred dollars for these useless covers. This company is an utter scam. If I could give negative stars, I would.
