I ordered large dress costing me £62.82 going by their size guide it arrived and it was too small, on the same delivery day I requested a refund a week after I'm still £62.82 down, it was going to cost me £30.00 to return the item which I refused to pay, then I was refunded just under £13.00 and still have a dress that won't fit, all I advise if order two sizes up or just don't buy from here. It's the worst experience I've ever had.
