I ordered a item of clothing it was to small and the material wasn't the best, I sent this item back. I got an email on the 3rd to say that I would be given a full refund within the next 14 days. 14 days came nothing. So I emailed the company to receive an email back confirming that the refund has just been made and that it will be another 2-5 before it's paid back to me. I feel this is Far to long of a process.
