Placed an order charged £4.99 for next day delivery to store. Left it extra day as busy time of year. Matalan had not received order. The dpd delivery link stated it was returned from its depot without ever having been sent or delivered???????
MISSPAP contact page response was MY RETURN(that I never received) is on its way back and it takes up to 21 days for a refund.
Shocking company and service. Added to which a robot or moron response system that misses the point of complaint.
