From reading the reviews it would appear that MissPap are absolutely criminal in how they deal with their refunds!
Having received my return on 27th Dec 2018 I am STILL awaiting a refund despite numerous emails back and forth and being told a dozen times that the refund has been processed!! I have reported to trading standards and citizens advice. Will NEVER EVER purchase from this company again and would advise others not to.
