Absolutely awful customer service! After them sending me the completely wrong item I was made to run around and do a lot of work to receive the right item only for them to say the item I originally ordered was now out of stock. I had to go through a return and write a note to their Wearhouse team to make them aware of this situation (even though this is their job to do?). They refused to send me the correct item until I had returned the wrong one and as a busy person it took me a couple days to do this. There should have been one of the correct item put to the side for me AT LEAST if they were gonna refuse to send the right one straight away. I have never complained about a company before so this is genuinely bad customer service. Extremely disappointed.
