Excellent customer service. I got a little nervous because the USPS tracking doesn’t track it properly, so I wrote them numerous emails every time I was nervous and always got a reassuring response within 24 hours and then I just got the “Delivered” notification out of nowhere, exactly in the promised timeframe and I double checked on the Magnus website & it is the real deal!!
