Outstanding customer service! They tracked ny shipment and discovered it had gone missing, and notified me that a replacement had already been shipped. Then the Postal Service delayed it due to a change of address and they notified me of that as well. It showed up and they emailed me to make sure it had been delivered. All in all a very conscientious company and a pleasure to deal with.
