I had an adverse reaction to one of the products, happens, they use different oils for mixing. I wanted to trade it for a different brand. Best I was offered was 50 dollars off which doesn't even cover the shipping and tax. Never again, that's bad business. In an edit of this review, the general manager Andrew reached out to me personally and pointed out a couple of mistakes made by the company. I did not in any way influence him, threaten, or try to coerce. He was a genuine pleasure to deal with to make the situation right and delivered. I will definitely return
