I got the same exact email as everyone below. Absolutely ridiculous how they can't even refund and cancel orders or give an ETA on when orders will be shipped. It's a shame as they were great in the beginning but that is no longer the case. And the craziest part is the site is still up and taking orders. If the owner is in the hospital, don't take more orders.
