ordered for my mom for 5 yrs , now on this last so called Anniversary sale of 50% off , have received no product from a $296 order from 15 days ago . Sent 3 emails with no response . Phone number posted is now a personal phone . Read others who have not received orders either . Think this company just screwed a lot of loyal customers out of their money !
