I am shocked at the quality of this bed. My husband was even surprised. Product came in a very large and very heavy box. It was packed nice and tight and not one piece was damaged. We took everything out and took the pieces upstairs little at a time. It took my husband and I about 45 minutes to put it together. The instructions and assembly were fairly easy. It does have a slight chemical smell, but not overwhelming at all. Unless you have a very sensitive nose, I guess. The fabric looks and feels higher quality.
