Wish I could give no stars! Damaged product, terrible customer service and no refund!
Do not trust the response below. I am due a refund in line with my statutory rights as a consumer and consistent with the terms and conditions of the purchase. I have had 2 weeks of back and forth yet they still refuse to come and take their wardrobe (which has started falling apart) and refund me. I wish I had never heard of this shop as the wardrobe is taking up space and preventing me from enjoying my new home.
