I’m sure that they are 100% a scam company at this point. Ordered a wardrobe and only received half of it. They are now refusing to give a refund, that’s when I actually get a response. I have sent numerous forms that they’ve asked me to fill in and photos of the half that they have sent me to prove that I haven’t received the full parcel. Still nothing. £575 down the drain. They told me they’re on tight deadlines to refund customers and now I haven’t had a response in 5 days.
Don’t buy from them. I wish I’d read the reviews before buying.
