Awful awful awful. And I have reported them to trading standards as their customer service is appalling and they make up names of staff members that don't exist and make promises about live chat etc. This wasn't resolved instantly it took many more phonecalls and emails to rectify the situation that was entirely their fault. Do not part with your money to MN. It's all smoke and mirrors.
