DO NOT SHOP HERE!! These people are scammers!!!! they did not send me a confirmation email and when I had contacted them to cancel my order (wardrobe) they charged me £199 cancellation fee for an order I didn’t receive. They also lied and said the order was delivered which clearly wasn’t because I had cancelled it way before the expected delivery date. First they forwarded a fake email showing my order confirmation then they lied and said I give them the wrong email hence why I didn’t receive a confirmation, The staff are all a bunch of liars. I will be taking them to court eventually for a refund of my £199 that that kept for an item they didn’t delivered. THIEVES & SCAMMERS
