I'm trying to return my unopened item, I sent pictures also as they requested them. A week ago now and they haven't sent me any details on how to return, or accept the return request my item was £630!!! It's like they're delaying it purposely so it's too late to return. I have sent 6 emails now and rang 4 times and left voicemails. My issue still isn't resolved yet they still have £630 of my money!!!!! Disgusting service
