All-round very disappointing experience. Order was expected to arrive after 2-3 weeks, took 6 weeks and lots of follow up emails. Tried to cancel my order as I hadn’t received a dispatched notification after 3 weeks, to be told there would be a £199 cancellation fee as the item was already with the delivery depot… took another 3 weeks after this point.
Order finally arrived only for nothing to be labelled and no instructions whatsoever - bare in mind this is a large glass sliding door wardrobe!
