If I could give 0 stars I would. YOU TOOK THE PRODUCT BACK! And then had someone tell me I would get a full refund then said that it can’t be processed so you’re putting it on hold!! But didn’t say why or for how long your company is thieving and fraudulent! So you then told me to contact dispute team there’s no such thing! Trading standards will be involved and claims court because you’re breaking the law you legally have to give me my money back! Have all the photos to prove! You legally have to give a refund within 14 days if a customer isn’t happy regardless of why they want to send it back. IVE WAITED 4 months for a refund with the constant back and forth of emails! Issue my refund now! apparently because I asked Barclays to get involved they can’t give me a refund!! So now it’s another excuse when they dropped the ‘chargeback’ over a month ago!
