Impossible to get hold of! I have been chasing the arrival of the bed frame I have ordered for a week and on each occasion I am told "it is on track to be delivered" Unsurprisingly my delivery has not arrived and is evidently not "on track" but it is impossible to reach them on the phone as they cut off your call once you have been on hold for a certain period of time and their "chat service" they recommend does not exist. Appalling customer service and once this issue is sorted, I will never order from them again.
