One star is one star too many.
The most appalling customer service, didn’t deliver a mattress when they said they would, didn’t let me know they weren’t going to deliver. I cancelled the order and they were going to charge me for that. They lied and said they’d rung me and my phone was off, my phone is never switched off. The mattress arrived even after I’d cancelled the order, it’s not even the same one I ordered. Absolute let down, do not use this company, shop around and find an alternative.
