If I could put 0 stars I would. This has been the most elaborate drawn out process of return I have ever experienced as a costly price. I urge you never to buy from this company if you are unsure you will not keep your product. It has taken weeks and ££££ and about 20 emails later they have arranged a pick up with a window of a full working day.
