Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered a phone to be delivered on Saturday. They arrange DPD delivery for Friday. I asked if they could rearrange it for Saturday as originally agreed. Now the phone is due to be delivered on Monday, not Saturday. The customer service is clueless regarding Data Protection and how to check identity of the customer. Their idea of identity check is the Twitter or Facebook name. And you trust these ***** with your bank details! They do not reply to emails either, I have tried several times. Also, according to companies house mobiles.co.uk has been dissolved so avoid like plague - you might lose your money and your phone!
