The initial repair’a scope and price was misleading as we were not informed that it would not solve the issues with the phone. The repair completed did not fixed the issues that we described when we talked to the technician when we arrived. Once we tested the phone and realised the issues hadn’t been fixed, we were told more repairs were actually needed 3x the price of the initial repair.
