The replacement part that was fitted solved the problem that I had, and the customer service was great. I had a good conversation on the online chat service which helped me to understand what the problem was and what I needed to solve it. also, the customer service during this was great too and results in a 10% discount.
overall the service was brilliant, however, the repair could have taken a little less time, as I had to change some other things around my day because it took longer to do than I anticipated.
