The charging dock on my iPhone failed to connect and over the weekend the battery eventually died so I called the Stapleford shop first thing Monday (found through a Google search). I spoke with Harvey and took the phone straight into the shop. I explained to him that I needed the phone for my business and it is my main point of contact with my customers. I had no idea what was needed to fix it but seems the fault was just pocket fluff that had entered the docking slot and blocked it, so a quick clean and... fixed! Minimum fuss and minimum charge. Sorted within an hour and even partially recharged ready for pickup. Really appreciated the honesty of these people as a less scrupulous business could have easily charged unnecessarily for new parts. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
