My Samsung Note decided to continully reboot itself, tried, unsucessfully, myself to restore it to working order all to no avail. Whilst in Derby Intu I passed the new shop Mobile Lab and went in to ask their advice, they explained that that there were several faults that could cause the problem but if I brought it in they would look at the mobile and if unable to repair there would be no charge. Took it in a few days later, they said call back in approximately an hour, I did so and the issue had been resolved and for a very reasonable charge I went away very happy with a perfectly functioning mobile. Would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again if I had any mobile phone problems again.
