Hi, just want to take this opportunity to say what an AMAZING service I received from this company. I went into the Nottingham city store to see if they could replace my Samsung j5 screen. I had been to a number of other mobile repair shops...including a Samsung store, only to be told that the screen could be replaced, but all my photos would be lost...😭...but the two young men at the Nottingham store told me that they could replace my screen in an hour, & not lose any photos, or info at all....I received my mobile back within an hour, good as new, with all my photos intact...Brilliant service, many thanks once again guys....😁😁😁
