Phone was taken in to repair a faulty charging port, which was done successfully. However, at a later time when trying to sell the phone it was found the phone was damaged during the fix, resulting in the phone frame being slightly bent and the back cover not being properly secure. A form was submitted to Mobile Lab enquiring about this, but I never received a response.
