I had an excellent experience today, I bought my daughter’s damaged phone in having experienced another retailers virtual dismissal. I cannot praise the lady that served me highly enough. No BS a clear concise explanation of what she could do for me. The repair was done in the timescale given at the price quoted. I wish I could remember the girls name but she had pink hair and she was a pleasure to do business with. Exceeded all my expectations thank you.
