Easy to set up. Even in a couple of days, we note that replies to online enquiries which have been about 20 percent actual contact via phone or email, have increased to over 90 percent via text. Much easier to keep track of as well. In an age where humans are no longer able to communicate like regular people, the text service seems to overcome that.
