We were very hesitant about opening our account as we thought it would be too much trouble setting up the account and inputting the telephone numbers and texts to send out.
How wrong we were. The system is very much self explanatory and there are very helpful operators there to advise you on any difficulties.
We have confirmed what we were told previously in that the response rate to text messages is much greater than email.
Can definitely recommend Mobivate.
