Very similar experience to a number of people posting on here. Ordered a new SSD and RAM for my laptop in mid April. Only the SSD arrived after 10 days, no explanation from Moby. They replied to one email to say there was a delay from the supplier and they would send RAM soon.
Still not heard anything. They have never answered the phone and not replied to any further emails or a request for a refund. My card company also notified me of fraudulent activity on my account within a few days of my order.
Am going to pursue a refund through my credit card company and will be referring Moby to trading standards as this is clearly a very dodgy business.
