First they take your money and don't provide you with the item you ordered. Theft.
Next they tell you it's in the post - first class. Lie.
Ask for a refund after waiting for another week and I do receive it but also with an insulting email.
Worse customer service I've ever experienced. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
