Similar story - ordered two Sandisk Ultra 16GB micro sd cards. Received an sd card adapter and a worthless plastic memory card case.
They do not answer the telephone. They did initially reply to my email saying how sorry they were and that it must be a database or a picking error. They offered a replacement which I accepted but then they ceased contact.
Currently in dispute via Paypal. Please will everyone affected please report this fraudster to trading standards.
