RIP OFF! THEY CHARGE YOU A FEE (20%) FOR RETURNING USED ITEMS! I ordered 2 rolls of expensive wallpaper but in the end I only needed one. Luckily I put it up straight away as there are only 14 days to send it back. When I asked about a refund they referred me to their terms and conditions that say they charge a "Restocking Fee". I have never heard of that before - no reputable company I have ever used has charged any fee at all for returning an item. I have learnt a lesson here. Don't purchase from a tinpot company like this one. Stick with a reputable one like John Lewis.
