I have repeatedly rung and sent emails (as instructed on their phone message) to this company to organise a return and exchange. I had an automatic response saying that they hoped to reply in 2 hours. Since then, weeks have gone by with further emails, none of which have been replied to. I won't return the rug because I don't trust them to carry out the refund and I certainly don't want to risk buying anything else from a company that places so little value on customer relations. This should be a no star rating.
