Ordered the rug which was listed as in stock only to be emailed the next day saying it wasn't. I was given the choice of a new rug, a refund or waiting 4-6 weeks. I'd been looking for a rug for a few months and this was the first that really met the criteria so we waited. I was emailed when it was in stock and to be delivered. The rug is great super pleased with it.
