User friendly website and trouble free transaction. Product was fine but unfortunately the colour of the rug,once in situ, did not match the decor so it was returned.
This, however, will not deter me from using Modern Rugs in the future.
For returns I used Hermes, one of the options given by Modern Rugs, but I had to pay a £10 fee since they stated the ‘parcel’ size exceed there criteria, a fact I disputed with them, but to no avail. Hey Ho.
