Unfortunately the rug delivered was dirty. I sent numerous photos, continually being asked to take them in different lights. They would not accept that the rug was dirty. I sent the rug back & was told they would contact me when it was received back to say whether they accepted that the rug was dirty or not. I heard nothing. I will not use modern rugs again.
