Very poor customer service, i couldn't find an email address for customer services themselves so had to email sales who then didn't forward on my email when asked. The rug was of poor quality so i asked for a refund to be told that it was very clear on their website that you are entitled to a refund but you have to pay for the cost of returning the item via a reputable courier. I supplied images of the pages from Google i used to buy the product and not one said that i was responsible for paying for return postage. The item page even states you are free to return the item just notify them. I've had no further correspondence trying to recitify this. I'm not using them again and if you are in any doubt about the product just be mindful that you will have to pay the return cost.
