Probably the worst customer service I have came across in the whole interior design industry. Poor information and rude staff.. they don’t even know what they are selling. Website totally misleading and delivery times are NOT as shown near the product. Still waiting for a rug which has 1 week lead time and now it’s 2 month. No information about that unless I don’t call to ask. We had a problem with the billing and NO help at all. My experience couldn’t be worse. It’s a shame because the website has a lot of potential but probably the owner doesn’t really care much about customer service.
