Really poor experience unfortunately.
Rug I bought was promised to be delivered within a month, got sold out with a promised to be delivered within another month delay and it turns out that order with the producer has never been put in place with more delays.
Quality of the rug is poor too. Maybe because of the material, it does not sit flat on the floor create uneven surface everytime something or someone is on the too of it.
